I often wonder if other people contemplate how much us human beings take on board in a few minutes, let alone in a whole day?
Personally my brain jumps around dreaming up daydreams and many times I have caught myself thinking random and negative thoughts. This has made me question 'How aware are we to what we allow ourselves to think and how does it effect us?' Apparently the human brain can have over 45000 'Automatic Negative Thoughts' daily WOW!
I challenge the brain to turn those Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANT's) Into: Automatic Positive Thoughts (APT's)...
It could be a little thing at first you may not even realise your brain is thinking for instance,
"I have no money" "I'm not worthy" "I'm ugly". So
when things like those ANT's pop up try to recognise them but don't feed into the negativity! Simply think up some positive thoughts such as:
"I am beautiful "I am worthy" "I have many riches in my life". They will soon start to turn into ATP's instead of those sneaky ANT's!!
What's the harm in believing in yourself, no one should be able to bring you down, so why let your brain constantly trick you.
This brings me onto this AWESOME Gratitude ritual I do everyday no matter what :)
Whatever has happened in my day I reflect on the positives, I do this every night before bed and sometimes during my day if I feel the need.
Gratitude can be spoken out loud, shared with a partner, friends and family or if you wish to simply say it within you and seeing as practising. Gratitude is said to Increase Happiness by 25% why not give it a go?
You simply list out a few things that you are grateful for, even the random events such as a
neighbor smiling to you that morning, finding money on the floor or the sunshine coming out for a few minutes. My point is whatever it is that has happened I believe if you find one thing you are grateful for it will help you remember many other ones.
“When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.”

It truly is a great way to end your day no matter what on a high! I also often send out a text message to a group of my contacts with my daily Gratitude and some even started to take part. I do this to share my experiences and I know it will at least make them smile even if they don't take part themselves!
